We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Aurva products as we are. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange or refund if approved. We have a 7-day return policy.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@aurva.world. If the request is due to defective or damaged product, please provide description and photographs of the problem.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Missing Puzzle Piece Policy

We kindly request you to count the puzzle pieces (500/300/100/54) as soon as you receive your order. Even if you plan to complete the puzzle or assemble it at a later time, please ensure you count the pieces within the first 14 days of receiving the puzzle. This helps us address any issues promptly and ensures a smooth experience for you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 working days. Please remember the actual date of receiving the returned funds will depend on the processing speed of the financial intermediary and your banking institution.
